RE: What is MIR?



Good afternoon,

	MIR is the Soviet Space Station, which has been orbiting
the earth for some 13 years now.  There are several Amateur
Radios on board, and the station is normally active with Packet
on most weekdays, and SSTV on weekends.  If you wish to know more,
just ask away.  Have a great weekend.
