Steve,

I have just built the 137 MHz version for Wx sats and it really does perform 
very well on receive,  with horizon to horizon copy,  and it is so easy to 
build.

My next step was to build the 2 Mtr version and try it on the satellite uplink.  

Unfortunately,  it does not scale well for 435 MHz,  but some work is in 
progress on the design of one ;-)
