[amsat-bb] More Echo 70 info

Greetings

There were some mods for the Echo 70 floating around that will improve
cw operation.
These involve adding additional voltage regulation to the transmit
oscillator.  One mod
I do remember was bypassing the ignition filter coil which does cause a
voltage drop.
There were other mods as well that would improve the system noise
figure.

These are nice rigs to have for 432 operation and are somewhat rare.
There was a
2 mtr version as well.  I would like to use mine for a transverter
driver for microwaves
although it is still suitable for UHF weak signal work.
