[amsat-bb] Was it just me?

Was it just me or did anyone else hear a weird, loud noise on AO-27 this
morning during the 16:00-16:30 time period. I wasn't just the usual QRM, but
a strange noise that (I know this sounds crazy) howling noise, that at times
made it impossible to hear anything.
