[amsat-bb] MIR Mirror

Thursday Feb. 4th.  
Matt  G7OBR  reported on the AMSAT-UK  VHF Net that
the  as yet  "not fully deployed"  reflector was visible during
the late afternoon pass over the UK.  It had the appearance of 
a bright object "following" very close to  MIR.
