[amsat-bb] RS-15

Today on RS-15, orbit 16907 at 1542 UTC heard KK2L in CW QSO with W3AA
signals 5/9/9 and then about 6 more signals looking for themselves.  So,
there
is activity on this bird - but we need more . . Nick . . w0ca . . ESSE
