[amsat-bb] QRM mode A

Hello
I was just on RS-13 at about 2126Z.  I heard some FM stations at 29.470
and 29.480.  I could not understand them (my rx is ssb & cw), and I have
no idea where they are.
Anyone know anything about this?  Are they hams or someone else?
