[amsat-bb] FO-20 & FO-29 Mobile Operations

I'd like to get in touch with anyone who has successfully operated FO-20
or 29 in JA mode while mobile.  I've managed to do it from the driveway,
and have heard stations while driving.  Looking to discuss operating
procedures and see if there is a way to safely use these birds while
