Id be interested in what others think of the idea, but yes, you can work the
sats on a fixed freq but you'll have to hope that the other guy chases you
down the band, what about putting a varicap on the mixing xtal to give +/- a
couple KHz making a VXO so you can move a bit, attach a potentiometer and
voila. Anyone else done something like this short of a complete mod?
