[amsat-bb] FO-29 Status

Howdy from Helena, Montana - on the 22:40 pass today I noticed no JA 
mode (tried up and down link on cw no downlink) - then I went up to 
435.910 and sure enought there is a loud as can be bpsk on the down 
link. So I think they were successful in setting up the JD mode.
