[amsat-bb] F0-29 in Digital mode

Fellow ops,

1045 22 Jan pass found the bird in digital mode again.  Is there a
pattern emerging?  Does anybody on this reflector have any information?
Have the Japanese released any official word on the new schedule for the
satellite?
