James's Plan13 more closely matches SGP, ... it does not do the same as SGP4. Though I do admit that most people will not see much difference in the results (its only the purists that get wound up about the errors).

A substantial subset of SGP4 (the one usually used in amateur
radio applications) is available in BASIC (with an explanatory
