[amsat-bb] RS-10/11 status?

Hello.

Can someone give me a status report on RS-10/11.   I have seen no mention
that it is in operation, and no mention that it isn't?   I'm sure I can't
be the only one wondering, so you might want to post your response to the
reflector.
