[amsat-bb] Wx sat's

Hi

Sorry if this subject is a bit off topic, 
but this the best mail list I know and 
I'm sure many of you can help me.

I'm about to start decoding polar meteo sat's (Meteor,
Noaa, etc) but I see so many on the keps list that 
I don't have a clue where to start.

Can you, based on your actual experience 
point me to the most active/reliable ones?
