[amsat-bb] Sunsat scrubbed until 181040Z

You have probably determined elsewhere that the Sunsat launch has been
postponed until at least 181040 UTC.  The node:
http://www.flatoday.com/space/today/d266.htm
Indicated a number of difficuties one of which was the need for crew
rest!  I can surely understand that!    Cliff K7RR
