Re: BASIC SGP4 Algorithm wanted


I'm not sure, but I don't think that routine uses the SGP4 routine.  I
looked at it and found no mention of it (only SGP).  I believe T.S. Kelso
has the routine in both FORTRAN and Pascal on his webpage.  I don't think
I've ever seen a BASIC version of SGP4.  One of these days I'd like to write
a Visual Basic version of his program.  I'm sure others have done it

Of course, the G3RUH routine you refer to would probably be more than
sufficient for most amateur applications.  In particular, I find James'
technical comments to be quite valuable.
