[amsat-bb] Sunsat questions

I've read a couple articles on the Sunsat project and it looks like it may go up on Friday.

 

This may sound silly to the more experienced satellite users but does anyone have the frequencys for the "parrot" repeater?

Are these freq's typically published prior to launch or kept secret until activated?
