RS-18 decayed

Hi,

According to Dr T. KELSO keplerian data base (amateur.txt, at
http://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/index.html)
SPUTNIK-41 alias RS-18 has probably decayed at the present time.

Actually, the decay rate of 0.36532436 was so fast that InstantTrack
says its out of range.

I had to edit the 2line elements for SPUTNIK-41 in order to let IT
accept the keplerian elements. I set decay rate to zero value and
changed the last figure in the line (Checksum) to 4.

Then IT computes an altitude of 136.5 to 137.9 Km.

Pretty close to the ground, isn't it ?
