[amsat-bb] WISP PROBLEM

Hello,

	I have developed a problem with wisp that I hope someone can help me 
with. In the program schedule window wisp adds one (1) day to all 
upcoming satellite passes, the aos and los times are correct but the day is 
off by one. My PC clock is set correctly and my keps are current, I have 
tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program several times but the same 
problem occurs. I know that wisp makes changes to the system registry 
and I suspect that some old values in the registry my be the problem.

	I don't know where in the system registry to delete the old values or if I 
should even touch it. Any suggestions on how to solve this would be 
greatly appreciated.
