[amsat-bb] Orbit View 2 fixed

A flaw in Orbit View has been fixed and it appears to be working all
right now.  If you have Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to
http://www.orbitview.com to see current positions of Mir, the
International Space Station, and the Shuttle (when it's up).
