[amsat-bb] KO-23 TX0 was tripped again

Hello,

TX0 KO-23 was tripped  again..
This problem has occured continuously from unknown reasons.
Recently, it has happened more frequently.   
We will turn on TX0 of KO-23 again for solving the problem at 11:05 U.T. today.
