great signals on rs-13 mode A  14:55 utc 1-2-99. for those how have the
ablity to rcv 29.480 ssb and tx 2mtr ssb it is a great way to get your feet
wet if you are wanting to get started in satellite operations. with basic
antennas 2mtr vert. and a wire dipole for hf. go ahead and give it a shot.
