[amsat-bb] Mail delays

I just tried pinging amsat.org and the longest reply time was 83.3ms, so the
mail delays I'm experiencing are definately not on my end. This is kinda
weird, a few weeks ago everything happened extremely quick but it seems to
be getting slower. At first, I thought it was just me, but now I'm glad
someone else spoke up about the lag, I hate being alone <grin>.
