[amsat-bb] RS-10/11

Hello All, and Happy Holidays!

 Can anyone confirm the status of RS-10/11? I have heard that it is not
functioning, but have not been able to find out for sure. Any help would
be appreciated. Sri if this was covered before, I am new to the group.
