[amsat-bb] Mir SSTV?

Hello,
 Was up eating breakfast and heard what sounded like SSTV coming through
on the scanner at approximately 14:00Z on 145.985 MHz. Is this the new
Mir SSTV station, or did is it APRS operations time up there now?
