[amsat-bb] Tuning the sats?

Hmmm?? Do I tune my receive or the higher frequency? On FO-20/29 do I
adjust the 435 freq and leave my transmit alone or adjust my transmit so
the receive frequency appears to stay stable? On AO-10?
