There are Linux versions of PB and PG (for communicating with Pacsat
satellites) that can be run along with satellite tracking software
or anything else for that matter since the OS is multi-tasking.
The Linux versions of PB and PG take advantage of the AX.25 protocol
drivers built into the operating system. Several weeks ago, I ran
PB, PG, and had a keyboard-to-keyboard QSO with N5ZNL simultaneously
via AO-16 (the latter using the satellite as a digipeater).

John Melton also created Pacsat groundstation software for Linux, not
to mention his latest Java software which is designed to be platform
and OS independent (although being generic it doesn't take advantage
of Linux's packet radio support).

I'm pretty sure that SatTrack can control antennas.
