[amsat-bb] PSION 5

I have a few questions regarding the PSION 5:

1) Does any body know a source were I can download ham software for the
PSION 5? 

2) Is there a satellite tracking program available?

3) What are the "must haves" for a good performance? 

Any information to the above questions is highly appreciated.
