[amsat-bb] auto sync sstv

Those who are having trouble with getting the sstv images to sync with 
anolog tape might try winskans software; it has an automatic sync device 
that seems to do well with anolog tape though I have not tried any mir 
sstv becuase I only have the shareware version (I'm broke).
