[amsat-bb] MIR drag?

Hi,

Anybody have a ballpark figure on the "normal" atmospheric drag on
Mir?  Obviously that changes with solar activity, recent reboost, etc,
but I just wanted to get a feeling for much deviation from minimum
microgravity is caused by friction.

Any similar numbers for ISS when fully configured?
