[amsat-bb] Sputnik-41 last heard de K5PK at:

[TKVF99C@xxxxxxxxxxx (MR STEPHEN G THOMPSON)]

RS-18 was last heard from my QTH here in Winston-Salem,NC
at approx. half the usual signal strength normally acheived 
with my 450 ohm ladder-line J-pole antenna at 35 feet. This 
observation taken during orbit #467 at 00:10z Dec.11,1998.
I hope these figures help anyone that maybe trying to narrow 
down the approx. time of its unltimate failure.
