I think the minimal signal required would be 10 dB above the SUM TOTAL of
all the interfering signals received.  So, if this is true, then it would
take at least 5000 watts EIRP to be heard above the ten 50-watt stations,
and even then, the SNR probably wouldn't be high enough to permit AFSK
decoding.
