[amsat-bb] MIR SSTV

According to the current IARU Band allocations the 145.800-146.00 is
allocated to the Amateur Satellite Service.It seems that the International
community of Hams outside the US do not appear to have  a problem with the
very fine SSTV transmissions on 145.985.
So what is the fuss about?
iles Mann and the MAREX team should be congratulated on this SSTV
experiment
