[amsat-bb] Updating WISP data base?

Hi,

How does one get WISP to manually update a single satellite automatically?
I had the wrong satellite number for TO-31, and wanted to update from Chris'
latest post.  Changed the existing TO-31 entry to 25396, adjusted the
"common name" to TO-31, and selected update.  However, it added a new entry,
TO-31 #25396.
