Last week, following the problems with catalogue numbers changing for TMSAT
and FASat I sent a message to the OIG administrator asking them to swap the
keps for TMSAT and WESTPAC to bring them in line with the names that NASA
has assigned. It looks like this has been done. The latest keps on OIG
seem to be correct with TMSAT now having the object number 25396. Note that
keps from other sources may take a while to change so treat all elements
with a degree of suspicion for the next week or so.

FASat-B still seems to be correct (25395).

The following keps seem to be correct...

TMSAT
