[amsat-bb] IC-821H Mods from CX6DD

Hi Gang,

     Many thanks to Fernando, CX6DD, for his clear and precise explanation
of the IC-821 freq control diode matrix.  I was able to make the mod with
no difficulty.  Or at least, no more trouble than working with SMT
components usually is!
