[amsat-bb] What was that??

Listening on two (waiting for AO-10 to rise) and heard what sounded like
Russian language spoken by a woman followed by a pause and then by a male
voice. This was at 0038Z on 145.810 at 67 degrees azimuth from FN44rn. 

Any ideas what this was?
