[amsat-bb] RS-12/13

KA7YAO Bill in Helena, Mt. DN46 - 18:00 - 18:19 pass today heard beacon
for rs-12 on 2 meters and rs-13 on 10 meters.  No down link on rs-12,
but nice ssb and cw on rs-13 15 meters uplink and 10 meters downlink.
No 2 meter downlink heard on rs-13.
