Norman,
You can get Station from the AMSAT-NA web site.
http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftpsoft.html#win-tsp
I'm in the process of buying/moving house, until we are settled into our new place I won't be doing any radio work/Station development. But once all is back to normal, work will start again and the mailing lists etc will start up again.
AMSAT-NA have kindly agreed to host the AMSAT-BDA site, which will be set up again once reality returns.
Cheers
