[amsat-bb] RS-18

NN0DJ/mobile copied RS-18 on 3-December-98 at 0221z using the dual band 
radio in my vehicle. Antenna was a 5/8 wave vertical located on the back of 
the car. The satellite was S-3/S-4, but full quieting with all the various 
messages clearly heard.

The little bird is still alive and well.
