[amsat-bb] FO-29 status from command team(1998-Dec-2)

FO-29 command station of JARL have released a news status report on FO-29.

1) The eclipse time of FO-29 will be gradually increased, reaches 20% 
at the end of December.

2) The FO-29 OBC accepted commands from ground control while 'eclipse season'
on August. The command team expects JD mode operation may be available after
December. Digi-talker operation is also planned.
