Easy to check.

1) Set your clock forward to close enough to midnight, 12/31/99 to
allow you to run the program. Run the program and watch the time go by.
Check it again at 2/28/2000 if it don't fail - it _SHOULD_ go to
2/29/2000, there is a leap year that year (2000/400 leaves no
remainder, so it's valid).

2) set your program to run fast if it can do so - watch it hit midnight
on 1/1/2000 and if it don't fail there, 2/29/2000

if it fails in either test, say satellites jump around in map view, or
the program just crashes, it's not Y2K ready. Yer looking for bogus
data, should be easy to find. Most programs I've seen that aren't Y2k
just crash and burn, tho.
