[amsat-bb] RS-13 Report

Howdy from Montana KA7YAO - Worked Bob W6ASK ON RS-13 (19:15 - 19:30
Pass) -  21.280 UPLINK/29.480 DOWNLINK - Could not hear the 2 meter down
link. Bob was mobile in Las Vegas of all things.  The beacon was 5/5 to
5/7 on a r7 vertical throught the pass. One other station from Nevada
called but very weak.  Hope to meet more on rs-13 - its tough to pull
out signals but fun also.
