Open mouth; insert foot.  Sorry about that.  That's what I get for making 
replies in the early morning hours.  The proofreader doesn't work well.
 offset -6 = CST = Central Standard
 offset -5 = EST = Eastern Standard
 offset -4 = EDT = Eastern Daylight or Atlantic Standard
