Bad Pass Times?

Hi all-

I have been inactive on the sats for about 6 weeks, and I loaded the
recent 2-line keps into my computer last weekend. For the last two nights
I've been listening for RS-15 and FO-20, but nothing heard. I've checked
my UTC and -4 offset to EST (Southwest Ohio) but can't find the problem.

If someone in my area could check the times and dates below and let me
know how far off they are, I'd appreciate it:

29 Nov : FO-20 2156, 2346 EST. RS-15 2208, 0016 EST

30 Nov:FO-20 2214 EST RS-15 2133 EST

1 Dec: FO-20 2233 EST

Thanks for the help. I'd usually try the regional net for this, but will
not be here for tomorrow evening's weekly net.
