[amsat-bb] Coverage of VLF time signals

Recently there has been some information around regarding the use of
inexpensive VLF time signal receivers.  I seem to remember info also
regarding changed to the NIST signals that improved their coverage.
I'd appreciate pointers to that data and especially any info regarding
their usefulness on around the world.
