[amsat-bb] SEDSAT-1 telemetry Kiss file

Hi Folks,

SEDSAT-1 is still alive and well as it past over Wales this afternoon, I have
attached my small Wisp kiss file to this mail as it is only 401 bytes zipped.

Time of pass over Wales, UK.

Signal was every 1 minute at S 2 to S 3 received with a TS-790E into an Omni
multiplexed Antenna and beam ground plane.

Nil reaction from the 10 watt 23 cms signal transmitted from my system, but it
was worth a try.
