[amsat-bb] RS18

Just heard RS18 on the1310 UTC, 28  November 98, pass over EM12. The signal was 5x9 and ever stronger than the first time I heard the bird. This pass I was able to squelch my radio and the signal was strong enough to break the squelch.

So, it would appear that the bird is alive and well!!!
