[amsat-bb] RS18, are the batteries becaming empty???

Hi all,

Tonight, 27 of november, I have noticed that the modulation of RS18 has a strange sound. It is like when your tape recorder has
its batteries nearly empty. Has anyone more noticed this?
Analyzing with cooledit that tone appear over the 2000 Hz. I have heard it in the recorded messages.
Please, let's all of us pay atention, maybe we lost the little bird in a few days. I would like to be wrong.
