Sounded like a 50-50 duty-cycle chirper going over Britain on Friday
morning.

Perhaps the long-awaited crash has happened. If so, it will probably not
restore.
(cpu current has been increasing due to radiation-induced damage. Theres
an over-current safety cutoff and praps its just hit the cutoff level.)
